I would love to see this version of Dimitrov and Roger go at it - that would make for a great Wimbledon final.

^ He's far too inconsistent and was not great at all against Goffin in Sofia or against Janowicz who is rusty as hell after injury and still barely won that 7-5 in the 3rd.

I would like to see Rafa given another chance to be up 3-1 in the 5th set of Wimbledon or any slam vs Roger

Good battle today between Thiem and Zverev today. I was only able to watch parts of it, but saw a lot of great play from both. Thiem seemed able to find his way into Zverev's serve and game and stick to his game plan, which wasn't working in the first set. He was avoiding Sasha's bh, which made him uncomfortable. But he adjusted.

I'd like to see Thiem grab a title here. As much as I like Zverev and believe in the hype. Dominic's got a nice game to watch.

Hope you're feeling better, Carol, or at least that the tennis is keeping you entertained. Dimitrov had a break in the first set, but then Istomin started to play some great tennis. But once Grigor got the first set, Istomin faded. And Thiem started slow today, and Simon is always troublesome.

Well, he seems to have a tendency to drop the first set, and/or play to the level of his opponent...that's not necessarily a bad thing. Rankings aside, right now he seems to be above everyone else except the Big Four and maybe Stan. He needs to win a big tournament, though, and this year. I could see him take IW or Miami.

Thanks britbox and Moxie! I feel much better today doing nothing more than watching tennis, some movies, eating chicken soup and a lot of orange juice, tomorrow back to work:-(
Yep, Dimi and Thiem advancing, I wouldn't be surprised if Dimi wins this tournament but we'll see

That was the Rafa before he lost four times in a row to folks ranked at or above 100 at Wimby. The new Rafa will not really reach the 5th set against Roger on Grass.

Hmm. I will have to see it to believe that Rafa can still compete at Wimbledon against Roger.
