Rybakina defeated Kenin in straight sets 62 76(2) to make the SF in Dubai, Kenin made more of a match in the 2nd set, though played a very poor TB

The expectations for Coco shouldn't be as high as it was for the Williams sisters..They had each other on the tour which was paramount. Think about it ..

Whenever she gets her act together ( team) , Rybakina is one of best all around pure talent on the tour. I definitely think at the majors this year it may be Saba, Rybakina and Keys.. besides the French, the tour has figured out Iga and maybe Coco too

Impressed with the Teen Queen who has taken a set off Rybakina, Rybakina has a break in the 3rd set and leading 3-1, game on as Mirra has broken the serve of Elena and back on serve in the 3rd set, Rybakina has one of the best serves in the tour as well,
Wow broken to love and Mirra leads 4-3 in the 3rd set, a very poor service game from Elena
Mirra had to defend 3 BPs in her service game but a good tough hold from her and she leads 5-3 3rd set
Mirra with MP and she does it what a match from the Teen Queen!
Andreeva d Rybakina 64 46 63 to make her first WTA100 final well done Mirra!
Mirra Andreeva become the youngest woman to defeat 3 GS champions in a single event since Sharapova at Wimbledon in 2004
With that win she is No 11 and has a record of 6-9 against Top Ten players which is destined to improve!
If Mirra wins the title she could be in the Top Ten!

In 2nd SF match between Tauson v Muchova, both players on court doing their warm up
Imagine if we have 2 youngsters in the final tomorrow, I have been impressed with Clara all week, taking out the No 1 player Sabalenka on a HC is no mean feat,
Play has started with Muchova to serve first.

Tauson won the 1st set 64 and have just begun a TB for the 2nd set ( I am watching 2 matches at once, why do their put on womens and mens SF at once, just to drive me insane lol! )
Muchova wins the 2nd set 76(4)
This is their first meeting
Going 3

God I love watching Muchova gets to ball and plays a "tweener' and wins the points
Back on serve in the 3rd set with Muchova to serve 2-3
Muchova had her chances in Tauson service game? Tauson holds strong 4-3 3rd set
Tauson with BP can she take it, looking at a 2nd serve, yes she does it with a clean winner
Tauson will now serve for a place in the final 5-3, btw Tauson serve has been solid in this match
Tauson has MP after 2 hours and 20 mins
No that volley did not have enough on it Clara, she smiled after she hit it
MP No 2 for Clara
Well done Clara the biggest win of your career she reaches the WTA1000 final
Take a Bow Clara! defeating Muchova (14) 64 67(4) 63

Well she did it again in a very equal match - played very well both of them but Clara found some good shots in the last part of third set - bravo both players+

Now 137 aces in 2025 way ahead of #2. N0w #23 in the live rankings - going well for Clara right now - well deserved IMHO
