I'm glad to see Tsitsipas drop a set, tbh, since he's in Rafa's half. And I seriously don't know that guy he's playing.

Not for me. Had Cressy to win correctly. FAA's a chronic choker and often goes 5 at start of slams as does Alcaraz.
I actually thought that FAA might make some noise, until I saw his match with Cressy

He said he was prepared, and knew it would be an awkward match with no typical rhythm, but obviously it didn’t work.
FAA biggest obstacle is he still plays down to the level of his competition. One of the reasons I was such an advocate for Pete Sampras was to teach Felix how to have the killer instinct while being silent and reserve. Felix moves just as well and athletic as Pete did but Pere played like he was playing one on one basketball whereas Felix plays like he wants to play a friendly game of chess. Loosing the first round to a player isn't the WORST but it's totally unacceptable for someone who is ranked as high as FAA. Toni and The other coach is good but he needs to want to be legendary, that's spells Sampras, IMO.

Haha. Never in your life can you sneak one past me... But seriously, I don't care about what Nads is doing until he plays Babycakes.
Sniffs I am still upset Matteo has caught COVID, he was playing soo well on the grass...

Yeah was really lousy timing on his best surface. I was checking tennis.com and saw the headline both Berrettini and Cilic withdrew and was shocked. I was thinking Berrettini might have won it this year and Cilic was poised to potentially go deep and will be a year older next year so it's worse on him at this stage of both their careers as Berrettini is quite a bit younger. Based on grass season results up to now, Berrettini had to be top favourite even over Djokovic who only played an exhibition before it imo.

Just tuning into Thanasi v Novak, Thanasi playing better in the 2nd set, Novak to serve for the 2nd set 5-4,
Novak 2 sets to love now 61 64.Novak playing much better than he did in his first match, he is more mentally engaged in this match.
