Matches Day 5, which has interest for me,

Sir Andrew Murray cannot afford to take the 'scenic route' against D.Shapovalov (10) he needs to win in at least 4 sets, even though he will have the crowd behind him again? though will that be enough to get him the win this time.

S.Korda is becoming one of my favorite youngster though he will be up against a player that knows his way around a grass court in D.Evans (22)

He who has the 'best hair in tennis' Rublev (5) has been under the radar at Wimbledon,he gets to play Fabio Fognini (26)

Can Frances Tiafore keep his winning momentum against the Russian K.Khachanov (25) ?
Tiafoe should not loose to Silent double K..He is just a basher and he will try to hit through Francis.

Was always a Reechard fan since way back, he was the french “annointed” one in way not Tsonga, Monfils, etc were, yet now at the end of the road he’s sadly the proof that talent will only take you so far without genuine belief
I think with these French guys especially Ricky G, he NEVER committed percent to his profession . I just NEVER seen him uninjured in the 2nd week of any slam or had the ability to play back to back weeks for multiple times during the season. I could be percent incorrect.

Just watching Rublev match,I see the Duchess of Cambridge is in the Royal Box.
Rublev leads 2 sets to one,he has translated his game to grass well.
I will keep my eye on 'he who has the best hair in tennis,Rublev" as some of the main women matches have started.
The Russian wins in 4 sets....well done Rublev!

We can't expect the talent of the US to do much better! They're nice, solid players, but don't have the weapons of a Rublev, KK, or even a Kygrios! :)
Americans are soft. We spend too much time on social media and worrying about woke issues, not to mention the imminent decline of our empire.

I know "if If was a fifth then we all would be drunk"..the 2018 closed roof match was the most unfair and bias situation Ever in tennis .

Hilarious! Rafa fans still kvetchin' about that Wimbledon SF? After all Rafa's favoritism in Paris, it's laughable to hold onto that one event! :lol6:

Well, I can't speak for all Rafa fans ONLY for myself..if Saint Peter asked me before I enter the holy gates of Tennis Heaven to denouncing that it was a fair situation..I would probably hesitate.. Jajaja

So you figure Rafa might have a 3rd Wimbledon crown totally overlooking Anderson. That's how he won his last over Berdych after upset of Fed!
