Come on NF2013...this isn't an attack on your post but We(Rafa's Fans) are BETTER than that.. Sampras was a the last super teenager before Rafa and a phenomenal champion. Trust me it's would be very hard for me to choose between Rafa, Roger or Pete ( Novak is a close 2nd) if I had to have one player play a match with my well being at stake.

Roger .. Let's face it..He is the Perfect tennis player with the PERFECT tennis strokes..If it was for the success of the two handed backhand with the modern technology, all players would model their games after Roger's. Heck..I have Perfectly Roger's BH and volley into my game that I am able to still play at the USTA 5.0 or higher level..

AGAIN , yes we want Rafa to be the all time champion but let's be classy about it..God Bless
Federer not the perfect tennis player] he's returns sucked most his career and even this year he ended at 13th outside the top 10, also Djokovic-nadal have always better movers on court faster better defenders make less errors ect… nadal even passed Federer in volleys last few years, both Djokovic-nadal have been mentality better as well, the only thing Federer perfect that is his serve that's all. the only perfect tennis player is nadal even his serve top 10 this year as well being the best return in the world. by the way Medvedev, thiem are more Djokovic+nadal game styles than Federer and their best players in the right now outside big 3.

Let me clarify Perfect..Roger’s technique is technically and fundamentally Perfect.

Just checked the ATP CUP Wiki page to see the entrants and seeding! Hard to believe Great Britain made the cut; esp. using Murray's protected ranking of #2 when he was more like #400 in Sept. when the teams were picked! Is this more accommodation for Sir Andy? Switzerland was eliminated because Federer declined to play so Stan is going to Qatar the following week!

For 2020, I predict a new #1 will emerge during the year, not necessarily Year End, but perhaps..
I also predict at least one new younger than 30 year old major champion who will win at the hard court majors.
Additionally, I predict the majors on clay and grass will be won by one or a combination of the "Big 5" current multi-major winners..

Way too soon to pick with any accuracy given injuries, form etc.
but here are some guesses (and top challengers):

AO: Tsitsipas (Djokovic, Federer)
RG - Nadal (Thiem, Wawrinka)
Wimbledon - Federer (Nadal), SF[Djokovic, Murray]
Olympics - Djokovic ( Nadal, Del Potro)
USO - Medvedev ( Djokovic, Tsitsipas)
ATP Finals - Tsitsipas ( Medvedev, Zverev)

Andy Murray will win Queens Club and retire for good at Wimbledon.

Federer will come close to 109 titles. But with 6 to go, I'm not sure if he will get there this year.
If he plays Rotterdam and Dubai, Halle and Basel, he has a chance.

Drama of the year: Rafa will win the French Open at Roland Garros and tie Federer at 20 majors. Then they will meet in the Wimbledon Final, and Federer will prevail for #21.

Good luck and health to all the players.
