Well talk about streaky. 4 straight points for Halep for 4-3. Then 3 straight for Muguruza to get to set point. Then three straight for Halep to get to set point. Good wide serve from Muguruza to save the set point. But follows it up with a double fault to give the set point back. What a point at 8-7 though. Halep goes long to give the set point to Muguruza who is able to TAKE it. Whoa. Got the wrong footer behind halep to set up the reach stab volley. Halep of course got to it but couldn't get it over the net. Great tiebreak. Great battle.

Garbine really has found her game at the AO,out of nowhere,she has been out of sorts for a couple of years,gone back to her coach Martinez who caoched her to win at Wimbledon.Simona really has had noone to challenge her so far,it is showing now.

I think everyone was expecting a Serena Williams final,I had her to win.oh well that is tennis for you.
