This is Novak’s best surface and the tourneys he’s most comfortable in, having won it 7 times. Don’t think it’s much of a stretch to peg him the favorite.

Novak is on a high level again, the highest since the last AO. I don't think Fed is a big threat to his title defense at the moment. I am more curios about who will Novak meet from the other half.

Given Federer's current level? Not much... but honestly I think Djokovic is far from invincible, but surely a favorite here against Fedal. But I can easily see him losing either to Thiem , Wawrinka and even Zverev (if I suddenly forget his awful major record).
