Too bad for Muchova. She did everything but execute the volley right. Plisko breaks at 10-10 and will serve for it a 2nd time

Wow! What a headcase Plisko is. She dumps serve at love (the ace queen)

Just finished watching the highlights of Barty match as I had to go out....congrats to Alison the better player on the day, looks like it is now Serena's title to win, though she will now face Alison in her next match.

Watching Karolina....Ouch:)

Chrissie's daughter has moxie. I like her. I saw her during the clay season at the tuneup in Prague.

Muchova w/ 7 straight points and she moves ahead 12-11. Can Plisko hold to force the first ever TB?

It's pretty even but if I had to tip my cap one way or the other I would say Chrissie's daughter will come through. Plisko has alot of pressure on her and it's showing in this match

I'm sorry. Is this a joke? Or did I miss something?

What a win for Muchova. Breaks just before the tiebreak became a threat. Huge day for her. Her first quarterfinal. She'll play Svitolina who is certainly beatable here.

Konta found one of her unplayable streaks. Truly great when she hits those zones. Looks like Kvitova will have to try to survive in a third set.

Petra going walkabout in 2nd set,Konta leads 4-1....it will have to be Petra3 again.....though I knew this would go the distance
