I have seen people in the stands drinking Wine. Maybe the players might have an option when the nerve start to come on that they can order and glass of Wine to be brought on court and served to them by the Ball Boys(Only if they are 21 or older of course which it seems most of them are).

Wow, you're grumpy. Players work their asses off for our entertainment, and you have a hard time with the volunteers giving them a hand, so they can focus. Do you really want them wandering around looking for a towel or a drink? That would slow things down. Or would you prefer that they sweat to the point of detriment to their game, or not drink and cramp? You want top level entertainment, it comes with support.
