Interesting story that he says his lack of nerves on court stem from an incident where he nearly drowned a few years ago... and it put things into perspective.

Very interesting.

Tsitsipas made a return and Federer shank the forehand...1-0 Tsitsipas

He's got some Roger in him, and a bit of Nadal too, although more in terms of his mentality, from what I gather. Doesn't give in at all.

I noticed the mentality right away with him and knew this could get tough because of that. This is simply a guy being a lot mentally tougher than Roger, something we've seen a lot the past year

He also really, really wants to win this.

Wasn't even close but at least it didn't end up hurting Fed

He just totally handed this set away and most likely the match. Cringeworthy tennis from Roger

Gets it. Tsitsipas levels it up. I thought Roger nicked the first set against the run of play but no way should he have lost the second after all those chances. Credit to the Greek though, he played big when he needed to. Good match.

Got RBA in the QF. You can't let this young boy steal chance at glory

Yeah, that could be the match right there. Way too much passive slop from Roger. Big fan of Tsitsipas but he didn't need to much there at all. Terrible stuff from Roger. Some stupid loopy shots with him jumping in the air like Bambi after he hit hit them. Wtf was that?!

Tremendous mental strength displayed by Perseus. After staying put and winning three long service games, steals the set from Fed in TB.
If the first set deservers to be won by Tsitsipas marginally, the second set deserves to be won by Fed heavily.
