Tell that to Rosol, Darcis and the other journeymen that have taken out Nadal the past 7 years.

This is the QF on a better surface for him. He won't choke vs a 2nd/3rd rate player like Roger just did.

Like this year where the first decent player is playing is Del Potro, who looks like his mind is elsewhere.

Who is thrift shop boy? Who is towel boy?

Thrift shop boy is the former Nike doll that decided to pick up Novaks old gear. Towel boy is Del Potro as he constantly towelling off, even when served an ace.

I did think I had "towel boy." I appreciate the creativity. :D

Yeah Rafa knows how to take gifts and this tournament is one. And I'd say DP is barely decent. No one aside from Fedal and a possible resurgent Djoker has shown anything for a long time. Roger choked to epic proportions with his career possibly hanging in the balance.

Ah well you are selling KA a little short there. Obvs not an all time great, but he’s better than Rosol & co.

Nadal is showing some nerves here in the 2nd set.
Not surprising because this is the first player with a bit of game he is facing this tournament. He will win this match, but it will not be very easy.

In a way, I am not surprised because Nadal has shown some great nerves especially when he is serving. Also, he is human after all.

You'd wonder about the big hairy bastard's fitness. First 2 sets probably took a lot out of him.

Still not overly optimistic about tb’s chances. I think I prefer Rafa as Novaks next opponent, I don’t have fond memories of that semi a few years ago here as well as the olympics. Then again, I’d still prefer tb to win regardless even if I’ve softened quite a bit over Rafa over the past years.
