Step has been very subpar in the latter rounds of the playoffs with exception of last year.It was his fault they lost to da Kang in 2016.
Very much so. I remembered we discussed it at length during those finals. I may have to go back and retrieve the old threads.

Was Verajau there then? I know I butchered his spelling

Come on KS, you can't forget this legend

As for that awful 2007 club the only ones I remember for sure are Larry Hughes and Zydrunas Ilgauskas. That team was straight trash. May have had the clown above and old man Antawn Jamison too but that's the worst team to ever make the finals

What about that Philly team AI took to the finals. Who was on there? So long ago I don't even remember

Eric Snow, Aaron McKee (bad spelling) and Mutombo. It was bad but not like this. I checked the 2007 Cavs roster, they had Eric Snow too, Boobie Gibson, Sasha Pavlovic, and Drew Gooden. Yuck. It's still 2007 Cavs though you're right the 2001 Sixers were bad too.

I see more than a few names I recognize: Toni Kukoc was a Bull and won a ring right, Nazr was a Spur and won a ring w/ them, Raja Bell, Aaron McKie, Kevin Ollie etc I remember pretty well.

But who in heck are these people?
Rodney Buford
Tyrone Hill
Todd MacCulloch
Roshown McLeod
Theo Ratliff
Pepe Sanchez

Ratliff was a good defensive player and Hill was decent too. I recognize and remember a lot of those players but so many of them were journeymen that switched teams every year or two

I hope it doesn't go that long. I will be interested to see who they put LeBron on, figure it's either Tatum or Brown. And if he's feeling energetic he could shut down one of them if need be and that'd really hurt the Celts chances. As great of a coach Stevens is he is going to have to find a way to play like Indy did and I don't think they have that same speed.

I think Rozier is has been a surprise for the Celtics but they can put Lebron on his little ass and quiet that noise.

I doubt they put him on Rozier. Hill is actually a pretty good defender, and JR is probably going to be on Tatum or Brown, whoever LeBron doesn't defend. On top of having to deal with LeBron when Horford is your best player it just isn't a great matchup for the Celts all around. Stevens is a great coach but you know what I say about LeBron: great coach, an even greater player, and a terrible GM. We got to see if Stevens can take advantage of Bron the lousy GM.

He's a decent defender AP. He's just inconsistent shooter and has some dumb turnovers but he can defend.

Bucks might land Mike Budenholzer who had pretty good success with an underwhelming Hawks team. I'm worried they are going to go after Stan Van Gundy. Keep that Ron Jeremy lookalike unemployed!

Raps fire likely coach of the year Casey. Ouch! Their main issue is their best player is DeRozan. How big of a disadvantage are you at in a series against LeBron when your best player is DeRozan? Immeasurable

Feel awful for Casey but this is the business. Coach of the year, gone. Next year will be an interesting one. I hope they don't touch the bench but some drastic moves in the starting lineup is needed. Which is easier said than done with those salaries.

I dont think there's not one 2 -guard who looses sleep over any potential encounters against JR..i think its the reverse . I tbink they call all their boys or peeps to say, "I am gonna light this clown up!"

We will see my man. I just hope LeBron and co bury that damn team again. They are boring and Boston already has enough good sports teams. I'm not even sure I'd watch the finals if Boston makes it.
