Big balls time for the Freak tonight. He needs to show he's for real and stamp his authority in the lions den
I think he will be fine. Like I said the other day, he needed that punch in the mouth to get his act together. But he'll have to do it on the road. So let's see if he can carry the momentum for his team in hostile waters.

It'll be some spectacle if he can pull it off. I'm not saying he's in MJ's league, but given his style it will have to have something of the younger MJ about it (i.e., without the fully developed midrange game)

So Embiid went ballistic last night and now Philly is up 2-1. Anybody think the Raps will level this series before it goes back North?

Yeah let's see if Milwaukee can at least go back 2-2. Then it's a series. I still don't trust a team that comes out like it did in game 1 at home. Giannis can play a ton better than game 2, that's the encouraging thing.

Lowry is so pathetic it's all up to Kawhi and Siakam. Frankly though... if Embiid plays like that the sixers are going through

I think they'll level it. They are a surprisingly inconsistent bunch though

Sometimes, Chuck big mouth is just wrong. He's the only one on the panel w/o a ring. So Shaq and to a smaller degree Kenny always talk over him.

Lol Kenny doesn't talk over him. Stuff like that highlights why the ring talk in team sports can sometimes be overstated. Shaq is greater than Barkley of course but uhh he did have a bit more help and didn't have to run through MJ and some of the beasts in the 80's to get his rings. KD and Curry are probably going to even and exceed LeBron's titles this year too which most would agree doesn't mean a whole lot when you're comparing their careers.

Shaq is the one who says the dumbest stuff. Chuck is just brutally honest which I enjoy when it's on full display :lol6:

Showing he is for real is at least making the finals this year. As of now he is no MJ or Bron, or KD or Curry. You got to show something in the playoffs.

They both say dumb stuff. Ernie is obviously the buffer of the group. Kenny didn't have to go through MJ to win rings either. The years Houston won were the years MJ was MIA right?

Lowry and Ibaka should have have their players card revoked. I don't see a whole lot from Gasol either. The role players and bench are all pathetic. So Kawhi was brought there to drop 30+ points nightly.

Yes but my point is that the Jet was a role player. Those rings were the Dream's

The problem with Bledsoe is when he struggles on offense he becomes the worst player on the court. It's not like he's taking dumb shots which he often does. He is just a poor shooter and all the misses has made him disengage on the other end as well. It's the reason I didn't want the Bucks to resign him before the end of the season. He doesn't have bad games, he is either good or absolutely appalling.

Giannis is doing well so far tonight. Keeping it close w/ BOS and they will probably have a chance to steal this game in the 4th.

They have no answer but to foul and all those are definite fouls. Bledsoe is basically a turncoat this game. Without him it's no exaggeration to say Bucks would be up 15+. He's killed them on both ends

Big time W tonight! Proud of the boys but also a good lesson to play smart with a big lead. Just dumb basketball the last 7 minutes of that game with unnecessary fouls, giving up open 3's and awful turnovers. I hope Bud rips them a bit because that type of stuff can bite you in the ass. Winning a game like that despite missing a ton of free throws and having Benedict Arnold on the floor in a Bledsoe uniform is pretty big. Hope they come out greedy on Monday night!

I got roped into watching that 4 overtime game last night. Naturally it was a pretty damn good game, multiple good fights back from the Blazers. Jokic played 65 minutes!! I'd say it's a strong chance for the Blazers to go up 3-1. I have to admit they are a different team now. Lillard has only gotten better and they are playing with a good chip on their shoulder and have more experience, etc.

I fell asleep in the 4th Q. Woke up and they were playing OT #2. Feel asleep again and woke up a little later, saw 1am on the clock and assumed I was watching the replay.
But after doing a double take, realized it was the 4th OT. Stayed up a few min until it was finished. :p

I think McCollum might be better than Lilliard. He appears more consistent to me

lol it's opposite for me, I was awake for everything except the 2nd OT. Woke up on the couch and then watched the rest.

Lillard is definitely better but McCollum and even Hood were more the heroes last night.
