That's what I figured. If I were playing Nadal, I'd complain to the ump about time violations. It would obviously have to be a player : a)of some renown; and/or b)with guts to do so. Has Roger ever complained that anyone can recall?

Every one knows Roger complaining about time , not only against Rafa but Djoker. Next topic to quip about

Zeverev is moving good, looks strong and fitted but still has a long (or short?) way to reach a Champion level, Rafa at his age was an exception

Front, I'm going to have to disagree with on something. The match being long and going to five sets has everything to do with Rafa. He wore Zverev down. I watched the last few sets on and off and what I saw time and time again is Rafa withstanding a barrage from Zverev, until the youngster eventually committed an error.

When "Sascha" tightens up his game a bit, learns a bit more variety in his weaponry and improves his fitness (I think that was only his fifth or sixth five-setter), he'll handily beat Rafa. But for now, Rafa was the immovable wall and just out-lasted him.

El Dude, keep it coming with the truth. That's all that needed
