the Boodles is a joke...I guess Nole didn't take it seriously....

I don't think any of them take it seriously- there is a lot of laughing and joking. But the courts are prepped to Wimbledon standards so it's a stress free way to get the feel of the grass and there are some great rallies. When I went I really liked being so near the action. Serious or not I don't think Novak would want to be tied up playing there when he has Wimbledon on Monday.

It was really rainy today, and Novak decided not to play. It's very loose, which is fine. An easy hit-around before Wimbledon. Most years, I think, Novak hasn't played a tune-up tournament on grass.

The dreaded rain. I hope that the weather settles a little bit so that this tournament can be played with too much trouble. Luckily the main court has roof, but still there are so many matches to be played, singles, doubles, juniors...
