So, Pliskova becomes the second woman to win against both willamses in the same tourney and then end up losing it.
I am happy that Kerber won,she is one of my favorite players as for Pliskova better luck next time.

I wouldn't be too sure, buddy. Serena has gone downhill this year, but at the same time Kerber looks like the real deal. Two slams, that's not a bad haul. If Kerber gets going early next year and retains Oz, Serena is going to find it hard to win a slam anywhere. She's older, heavier and slower. I'm not so sure that she'll be back winning majors...

Also, like Kskate said, let's see what happens with that #1 against her name. It is easier to fly under the radar as #2 because nobody expects things of #2

Not fair to say the biggest. She is a full figure woman, that's her genetics. To be as quick nimble and play with that much controlled power is astonishing. however if you Google her wearing bikini, it's really a work of art. As far as the best you seen, I think you are referring to Martina Navratilova. Martina was able to overpower most of the girls she played against. If not she could use her left spin to pull the ladies off the court. Martina would've not to be able to overpower Serena when they both at their best on any surface. Serena could hit thru Martina and absolutely destroyed Martina's bh. U may not like Serena current appearance but she is today every bit the GOAT she was in 2003-2004.

What Serena has over Martina is all the athletic and technical advantages of the modern game, such as rackets, tennis balls, training, etc. But Martina was a revolutionary, physically, much more gifted technically, brilliant at facing actual greats and sorting them out, and also the greatest doubles player. To me, she's the best I've seen, and Serena is cumbersome and clumsy compared to her, but she has an equally fierce willpower, and a physical power like nobody, I'll give her that. Serena scraps like Ralph! But although I like her - sometimes - I don't think she's the best I've seen...
