I suppose Verdasco vs. Kei will be the match of the day.

We are now in day 6 and still there are no compelling match-ups. :cry

On grass or fast hard courts Ivo might sneak a set from Murray but I'm actually thinking since this is clay he'll win a maximum of 9-10 games. He'll get frustrated that his usually deadly serves are coming back, make some double faults or 2nd serves and get broken a lot I reckon.

Chardy is a tricky customer. Might give some problems if Man does not show up and instead Crybaby shows up.

Gasquet-Kyrgios has potential for some drama. Ivo-Murray can hinge on a couple of points in TBs. Ivo is still good for a guy 78 years old.

I am expecting Kyrgios and Andy to win.

I think Chardy/Stan, Nick/Richie and Samurai/Verdy can be quite compelling.

Ivo cant have a day with serving, menanig Muzza will sweat on, and that might be problem. Tootsie might have many sets and hours of playing till he come to Djoker, if he come to Djoker.

Nishikori into a likely five setter with mr Nando, after leading 2 sets to 0. Worth mentioning is that right now, Nishikori has the best return in the game hands down. Novak will probably up his return game during the hard court season, but as Front noted, he isn't doing as good as he was a year ago.

...and so it begins! Who will be the 1st to say he didn't want to play Nole again? So the getting is good now I guess! And after he had leapfrogged standings to be #4 in the world too! All for naught! :cover :p :nono

Meanwhile, Nicky is getting his arse kicked by Richie on Center court. Down 2 sets to none. Verdy comes up w/ some FH bombs and pushes his match w/ Samurai into a decider.

Man, just saw the news about Nadal's wrist 'cos I hadn't watched any tennis so far today. Eventhough I hate the guy I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Very sad news for him, his fans and the tournament and I doubt anyone wanted to see a winner this year having not beaten him first. Rough. Wish him a very swift recovery along with Roger. This is the first time a tournament has had no Nadal (after first few rounds) or Federer. What an absolute disaster for tennis :(

Previous minor wrist injury he had was his right wrist. This is his left one. Rough.
