Well Bjorn was announced a couple weeks ago! Is this Hewitt's swan song? I guess he'll hang it up after the Australian Open next year! My goodness, where's Ryan Harrison been? He's no world beater, but I expected a little bit more besides those good looks! ;-)

Is Kyrgios doing time?

After seeing this picture, I hope all those hysterical nitwits will have moved on! The only one's making a big deal out of Kyrgios' comments are the social media and TCC commentators! :cover :nono

Fiero, I am sure everyone has moved on and if they have not, they should. But part of moving on had to involve letting the guy know he was a first class douch. Now he knows. What he's going to do about it is the only remaining question.

But it's not like we know what's going on behind the scenes! That's what's PO'ing me about all the whining and kvetchin' about this issue! He very well could have dropped to his knees; some just need to see the picture to move on I guess! :eyepop :cover :nono

Actually, it's a very serious issue Fiero. The ATP has fined Kyrios $25,000 in addition to the first 10k and he has a suspended 28-day ban. If he acts up or steps out of line during the next 6 months, he will be suspended for 28 days. And probably another decision will be made. More severe I'm sure. But can your sweet boy stay out of trouble for six months?

That is so ridiculous and over done! What a bunch of idiots! The ATP is really disappointing me after they've overlooked the rotten behavior of so many other players! :cover :eyepop :puzzled :nono

Here are the latest odds for top 5 players as per bookies, a day after Fed Conquering Cincy.

Novak Djokovic 5/4
Andy Murray 4
Roger Federer 6
Stan Wawrinka 15
Kei Nishikori 18

If you are wondering that somebody is missing, that person has odds of 20 now.

now, i thought the whole Kyrgios thing was blown out of proportion... but to include him in such a promo is really really really awkward, dumb and inappropriate if you ask me.

I see Grigor got as far away as possible from Sharapova. :snicker

I assume this is a Nike event, no? Let's see if they get locked out of the men's SF again like they did at AO & RG this year. I reckon not, but we'll see.

After all the glass trophies, flower vases and the bizarre, it's nice to see a classic trophy again. While the USO trophy is my least favorite of the Slams, it is still nice. Will it be No. 6 for Federer, or No. 2 for Djokovic/Murray?
