Tentative approach by Rafa there on the break point. He pulled his punch to play safe. Yeah, it was a low ball but he still hit it conservatively. It was a good shot but Tsonga was all over it. Both players look like they're playing their best in a while, at this tourney.

That penultimate point to bring up match point was an unreal display of athleticism for a big guy. Was NOT expecting that result after Tsonga disappeared in set 2.

It was a great set, a matter of inches either way, really, and Tsonga was the better man. Tight service game by Rafa at 5-5, but usually he gets away with that against JW. Not this time! :clap
