Isner maximizes the game he has. I get annoyed when people blame him for using the tools he has. Is it exciting? Well no... The only disappointing thing about him is how he performs outside the U.S.
Two funny things about Isner: he can do well on clay, and doesn't have particular grass success, off the top of my head. Am I wrong? (Too lazy to look it up.)

My initial impulse was to think: "nah' in response to the above, but recently history bears this out (close matches that shouldn't have been). His match against Isner tonight showed focused Novak, and if he brings that form into the final, he'll come out on top.
