This is such an important win for Halep and I hope its a turning point. She hasn't won big tournaments and certainly not grand slams. She's had a problem in big matches against big hitters turning around a bad start or coming from behind. Now JJ isn't a big hitter but still Halep needs to learn what it feels like to win big ones.

I agree.. I decided against watching the match when I believe I saw she was up 4-1 or something in the 2nd set and Halep didn't appeared to be into the match. When I saw that Halep won, I was surprised and would be very interested to see how JJ self destructed. I always like JJ game better than her country woman pretty Ana but always felt that JJ wasn't able to harness those internal demons that seems to possess her decision making. There is NEVER a calm about JJ even when she is near victory. I guess the best way to summarize, JJ has the unique ability to snatch defeat out of the arms of victory.

JJ is too controlling..:popcorn..her box always looks scared of her..:cover..she screams and cusses at them like crazy.She waste energy looking at her box...
