It only seems to be in the slams. Didn't Novak handle him easily at the tour finals?

Do these guys have a pact to go to five sets every time they play?

Djoko better find some inner fire or something or this could be over quickly. It seems like it depends on Stan. If he's on, there's nothing Djoko can do.

I could have sworn they played a 5-setter at a 250 tournament last year. :snicker

This match looks like it depends on Stan. It's not that he's the better player, but for four sets, Novak has been erratic, and the outcome has hinged on whether Stan plays well or not. Under normal circumstances, obviously Novak is capable of the higher level, but so far, he hasn't showed that and that's why I think if Stan catches fire, he wins this. That said, if both play just "OK" I think Novak's consistency and defense will make the difference this set.

Hard to pick who I really want to win. I want either of them to send Muzzchops and his mommy back to their Scottish hotel but which of these can do it?

That was a dreadful call. It looked in from the beginning. The situation could have been avoided. But props to Novak for not making a big deal.

Another bad call. That looked clearly out. Same linesjudge missed both. Luckily, neither affected things and were correctly challenged.

Stan might regret that backhand down the line on break point. He let the ball sit up on him a little too much. Should have taken it earlier or just go cross court.
