Novak not playing well. He's trying to play safe and it's not working. Doesn't have the consistency. Perhaps due to the wind?

Possible yeah but the rallies are passive, pusher muck to watch now. Getting boring as hell to watch.

It's not boring me, it's irritating me.

Same here friend. Novak is such a paradox in these moments. Goes from superman to a disoriented choke artist on a point-to-point basis.

Seriously? This is the guy with one of the best records of all time when he wins the first set??

I am talking about his matches against the very elite, and yes I am being absolutely serious. Djokovic plays his best ball when behind.

He was up 4-1 in this set and look where it is now.

I thought he'd win it 6-2 or 6-3 but yeah, he made a dog's dinner of this set and will probably lose it.

I was hopeful he'd win the set that way when it was 4-1. I was not optimistic about it though.

How decisive was that missed point by Murray on the long forehand. Surprised but happy Novak actually pulled out that set.

Djoker clenches the fist as if he won the set through being a tough cookie, but really, this isn't vintage stuff. Neither of them seemed to have the necessary in the trouser department to take the set...

If Novak relaxes and actually plays tennis now it doesn't bode well for Andy. He played well in that first set, and he couldn't take it. Ominous

Absolutely not. Murray played more to his potential than Novak played to his, yet Murray still lost. That's not a good sign.

Djokovic is tough but his level vacillates so severely within sets at times that it hardly matters how tough he is deep-down.

Almost a 100% replica of the women's final, first set in particular minus the scoreline. Even with the favorite playing pretty well below potential he still won the set as was the case with the women's final. Not exactly going to instill much confidence in the losing player.

A comedy show ? :s It had good patches but a lot of passive, error filled breaks too.

In a funny way this could be a bad way to win for Novak (if he wins, by no means certain). If he thinks he can hack his way to slam wins...

Djokovic the great front runner with a brilliant start to the second set here. Goodness gracious.

The way he complicates his matches is so frustrating.
