If this goes to a tiebreak, then advantage Roger.

Honestly not sure. He should feel good about surviving to the tb, but not sure he has it mentally today, but who knows?

I've barely said anything this whole match. Rodge has been garbage but is still in it.

You have been relatively reserved on your love of roger/ disappointment. :clap

If reserved = throwing in a gunk service game and losing to the likes Tsonga. ;)

How was Monte Carlo "a disaster?"

Stan was ranked higher than him and had taken a slam this year. You boys need to adjust, there's no entitlement that Federer should win these things...

And because Stan won AO and was ranked #3 at the time it isn't bad for Roger to lose to him in an MS final. Is it all solely down to ranking? So is it now a disaster if Roger loses to Stan since he is ranked lower? Just curious as to your reasoning.

He's been pretty awful in TBs this year. 2 abysmal ones against your fella :D Indian Wells and Wimbledon 3rd set TBs were terrible by Roger I think you'll agree. He hit 6 straight ufes in Indian Wells to lose that match after playing well to force the TB so frankly what was the point :nono

I can't speak for Kieran, but I thought stan should win that match. He is a very good clay player.

Well, wasn't that the reasoning you always used to say why Roger should never have lost at slams to blokes ranked lower than him?

TB it is. What is Jo made of today?

He's made of soft French cheese.

Hey Front, I hope you paid attention when JW had match point, but I told you Federer would still win. I was hoping you'd stick a tenner on Roger for both of us. It's only fair, chap... :clap

That's 3 points that Fed has won on reverse challenges in the last 5 min
