This may very well be a career defining moment for Murray. If he turns this around and goes on to win the trophy, it could have a huge effect on his future career, he could even end up having a similar career path to Lendl. If he loses to Verdasco in the QF of what figures to be his best chance to ever win Wimbledon with the way the draw panned out, then I'm sorry but his US Open title would just turn into a slam by accident in hindsight in my eyes and all the talk of the new and improved Murray exposed as utter rubbish. Now don't get me wrong, normally it's nonsense to read too much into a single match but I strongly believe that career defining moments do exist and do have major impacts. This is pretty much DO or DIE for Murray who's just on the point of no return. I don't know who to root for though. I picked Murray to win the event but a J.J. - Verdasco major semifinal would be pretty cool. At the end of the day I want to see a competitive final on sunday, so GO MUZZA...
