also, how is this match on court 1? 4v8 beats 1v7? i guess it's because everybody is supposed to get a turn on each of the two big courts, and they probably forgot to put Novak on #1 earlier in the tournament...

If there is rain, Novak loses a day of rest, which is good for Andy.

No kidding, its to even out centre court and court no 1.

I think Novak has played on No 1.

Djokovic needs to start coverting BP's.

I think all of Novak's matches have been on CC. They have to give other players a chance to play on CC before reaching the SF (the Nalby rule). Nole has been in all of Berd's serve games, it's just a matter of time before he breaks through.

My guess is global audience on the center court issue. 2 europeans v. 1 european and one south american.

That's not it. Every player has to play on CC once before reaching SF. It's a rule.

On serve in the other match 2-1

Berd is absolutely bludgeoning the ball right now. Most make it in, but some fly away.

Yeah, he's testing Novak alright. And Nole is a tad off.

Tough guy Tommy Berdych gets into position then hands it over with the grace and gentility of a little girlie...

Novak had 9 aces that set! He also only had like three unforced errors. Him off is still pretty incredible. That being said he should avoid hitting loopy cc forehands to berdych. He has been crushing them.

9 aces and he still needed a TB and an UE from his opponent to win it?

Yes, he hasn't been great on the BP conversion. All tournament actually. Let's hope things change.

Berdych could surprise, this match-up it's interesting when you look past the lopside number and realize Berdych seems to always manage to put himself in position to win sets or even matches.

It's between Novak and Murray and it seems this is the only QF worth watching.

oh Berdych :clap

Berdych apparently is as he gets his second break...
