2013 French Open QF: Serena vs. Sveta

Great match. Kuzzy and Serena put on an exciting show. I wish that could have been the final instead of the boring one we will likely see from Serena vs Pova. I am so impressed with Kuzzy's game.

I think it was a combination of Sveta taking a 7 minute time out which put Serena on ice and Kurtzy playing very aggressively..

Serena is a better player than allowing a bathroom break to get to her. If she was afraid of losing her intensity, she always has the option to go out and at the very least hit some serves to stay warmed up. Then again, Serena if she is going to let up usually does it in the second set anyway, so it was no surprise.

It isn't about Serena is a better player but she is a rhythm player like all the top players. A 7 minute break can cool down the best players.. trust me, we have all seen it happen to often.
