Again, you're still failing to address something: Why was Roger using a smaller racket to begin with? Do you understand its benefits? Are you implying there are none and that using a bigger one doesn't compromise some of the benefits and Roger was just stubborn? NO seriously are you that dumb?
Uh? What kind of question is the above? It’s got nothing to do with understanding the benefits, it’s purely about Roger calculating risk/reward....if that isn’t clear to you, go hug a tree or something.

Also anyone who actually plays would know with a change of racquet, you gain some and lose some. Roger himself said he lost a bit with his fh but gained a bit with bh....and that shift has helped to counter Rafa better, but maybe not so against the field overall. Always happens when you talk to couch potato, they say dumb things even their questions are stupid...then they will continue to argue to avoid embarrassment.

Just add, the change also requires months of break in period, can be 3 month or can be 6 months. At the time when he was winning almost everything he didn’t have time for that.....he wasn’t going to spend months not winning so he could speculate if the change would result better against just one player, enuf said.

So when Roger calculated risk/reward, he didn't assess the benefits of a smaller racket? My god.

I was sorta offended by the oversized racket at first! The Prince Head came out at the beginning of the tennis boom around the mid 70's after Evert and Connors arrived! I went thru a lot of rackets, but never even picked up one of those newbies until '82! Martina went to an oversized Yonex R-7! I was going thru one of those periods of sleeplessness so I went out very early to the sporting goods to purchase one! It took a while for me to get used to it as I'd been playing with rackets that had an even smaller string surface in the Head Comp 1 used by Ashe! It had a "sweet spot" about the size of a fist, but it felt so good when hit well! I never looked back staying with mid-size like the Head Comp used by Edberg; probably about the same as Roger's! :thinking-face:

That’s all you got? My god what? What’s the ‘question’ again? Can somebody tell this potato that he didn’t actually ask a question.

This guy cannot understand a basic question and yet condescends. I swear this is the dumbest idiot around here this side of Anti Pusher.

My 5 favorite overall.....(this is subject to revision as I think about it more)

1) Federer v. Djokovic - 2011 US Open semifinals

2) Federer v. Djokovic - 2014 Wimbledon final.

3) Federer v. Djokovic - 2019 Wimbledon final

4) Nalbandian v. Youzhny in the 2010 Davis Cup - insane level from Nalbandian

5) Federer v. Djokovic - 2011 French Open semi (highest level match on clay in the modern era, with Federer at his best and Djokovic undefeated for the season on clay and overall; I don't think any of us have ever seen clay court tennis played on a higher level.)

My 5 favorite involving Nadal.....

1) Delpo straight-setting Nadal in US Open 2009

2) Tsonga straight-setting Nadal in Melbourne 2008

3) Djokovic d. Nadal at the 2015 French Open in straight sets

3) Kyrgios defeating Nadal in Wimbledon 2014

4) Djokovic over Nadal Wimbledon 2011 - utterly hilarious ass-kicking
I like your choices very much.

But your comment at no 5 of your overall favourites is just genius:lulz1:;)
