If Serena had parted with Patrick, she would have announced it prior to Patrick coaching Halep for clay season.Just my thoughts.

This is all 'conspiracy theories' to me, lets wait for Serena to announce her plans regarding Wimbledon.
Serena isn't going to be a factor at Wimbledon. She needs to be match tournament tough, I would say about two months would get her ready to compete at a appropriate level to even to be considered a factor. Obviously, This will not happen.

I thought she may come back and play Rome and RG to get some match play,so far,I have only heard she may play Wimbledon from a video she did via twitter.I feel, Serena at least would have to play a lead up grass tournament, before Wimbledon for match play

Ya never know, in her head, the delusion maybe real that she can still pull this $#!t off! I used to really resent her going into Aussie Open totally unprepared, but able to overcome the weaker fields before players like Clijster & Henin started pushing her! :face-with-hand-over-mouth: :face-with-tears-of-joy::yawningface::fearful-face:

The clay is more slippery than the grass she last hurt herself trying to play on! If she's trying to outdo Martina, she better go to doubles! :face-with-hand-over-mouth::face-with-tears-of-joy:

You missed my point, Serena has to get some match play,to me it would be more beneficial to start playing back on clay, to get some miles in those legs, before Wimbledon.Serena cannot just waltz into Wimbledon without some preparation.

OH, I understand where you're coming from! I just have no patients when it comes to old players trying to "hang on" for dear life at the end! Even Martina embarrassed herself with a comeback that netted one win on grass! At least when BJK returned she got to SF's at Wimbledon going down to chippy like Andrea Jaeger in '83! :shushing-face: :fearful-face::face-with-hand-over-mouth::face-with-tears-of-joy:

I think Serena has the right like other Champion players to call time on their retirement., not when fans think they should :)

It's a very telling sign that she has split with Patrick which I am assuming is the case. Question, Serena commercials are second only to Shaquille O'Neal's 20 plus endorsements. My question is, her commercials being played around the globe?

Charleston tournament is over for 2022...players are in Madrid
Quit laughing at me. Y'all know I only follow Rafa.. jajaja

Hell, Serena still needs to go to Charleston and play a lot of USTA and college level players.. Serena needs to play not practice with her hitting male monsters. Serena has lost the past few years because she No longer had a B plan for the change of pace. No need to list the players but no way pre baby Serena leaves this many titles on the shelf.

Iga Swiatek has withdrawn from Madrid, citing a right shoulder issue
The next player to be seeded, Leylah Fernadez, will take her spot on the top of the draw.

Isnt it fair to say its fair to consider a player old after the age of 30-32. How many slams have Serena, Rafa, Roger and Novak won being "old"?

- Size of 140 tennis courts
- Houses 1000 designers
- 4 cafes named for, tennis titles
- "East Compton Court'
-'Olympia Theater' named after Serena's daughter.

Well I can see why she isn't on the court. She's too busy fostering business deals and endorsements.
