I missed seeing her. Glad to note that she played a whole match and lost.
Laura better produce good results soon. Otherwise, all her fans will switch
over to the new british teen phenom Katie Swan :p

Don't blame Serena for his resignation. His own stupidity and mind set caused him his job.

Serena and Venus always take the leadership stance when everyone cowardly keep quiet.Richard and Oracene brought up trailblazers and warriors...remember when Venus stood up for Shahar Peer..while the other players were conveniently quiet.Venus advocated for equal pay successfully ....they took a stance against IW racism for years never barged, they only came back on their watch..Mary Carillo was fired from Winter Olympics because she was talking on and on about Serena s incident at the Open 2009.Chris Evert was also fired from her commentary job because of bashing the sisters....and then this fired baffoon said women have no power....bwahahaha
remember when Venus shut Patrick McEnroe down at the trophy ceremony of their doubles match USA Open09...these girls are fearless...James Blake,Sloane or Madison would never had done that...#cowards

You always repeat that story. It must be the definitive answer as to why there has never been a failed drug test for a certain person. You sure get a lot of mileage out of that one.:lolz:

Maybe since it's one of the lamest excuses out there along with Troicki's "I'm scared of needles".

I think it was about Shahar being a Israeli in Dubai...the hosts didnt want her to play there and Venus fought on her behalf and she was eventually allowed to play on the outer courts.I think she played Venus and lost...

Cirstea, Wozniacki and Kerber are confirmed for Ivanovic's Open. (Aka her wedding)

Rumour say June 5th apparently - lucky guy should be Bastian-Schweinsteiger

Ivanovic's wedding date set for June 5th in Belgrade

After having to give up their December wedding plans due to professional obligations, the latest news is that Ana Ivanovic and Bastian Schweinsteiger will get married on June 5th in the bride's hometown of Belgrade.

The tennis star picked the date right after Roland Garros (the women's final is scheduled for June 4th), so even if she makes it all the way to the title match she will technically be able to pull off the wedding as well, although it's quite likely she will have enough time to peacefully prepare for the big day.

The couple hired a wedding planner to organize the party for 300 guests in Belgrade's Hyatt Regency five-star hotel. As Serbian source Blic states, WTA players Sorana Cirstea and Caroline Wozniacki will be in attendance, while I'd add that Angelique Kerber should also be there. After the ceremony in Serbia, Ana and Bastian will organize the second wedding party in Germany.
