Time to settle back down. 2 sets to love it's over quick but he needs to take the tiebreak it appears.

Wow, total collapse by Roger in that game (up 5-4 in the second set). I can't remember, but 7 or 8 years ago did he ever just go AWOL like that?

Or better yet, break right back. Good response!

Only the DP match sticks out in that regard (where he was about to storm out to a 2 sets lead and then got broken out of nowhere).

well, i reckon he might have done at some points during hundreds of matches. but yeah, it's become more of a problem in the last years, where he repeatedly struggle to serve out sets and matches.

anyway, he rebounded nicely to another break and another chance to serve for the second match. still only 1:05 played (Murray at the same time is at 3 all in the second).

also, it's good that he's broken and nothing really happened. i always feel that at some points, these streaks can become a burden of sorts.

So, the streak of not being broken since the first match in Halle ends at 116 service games. Good thing it ended, people will not be talking about these streaks when the all important business end matches arrive. Blessing in disguise.

If it rains for a long time it might be Stan-Gasquet that get screwed today. They can play a lot longer on Centre Court.

Just a side note although it does not belong here. Yesterday Bryan Brothers lost to Rohn Boppanna and his Romanian Partner Mergea in the QF state. At this time it looks like Jamie Murray & co might win the event.

You can't blame people for admiring - even being enthralled - by genius :devil
