ROger in four--losing one in a tiebreak. Could be straights based on form though. :)

Fed has rarely had an easy time with Simon but they've never played on grass either. Roger also knows he can't afford to get extended before the semis with Murray. Should be 3 but maybe it goes 4.

I am more afraid of this match than any others going forward. Roger should beat him but it's how much effort it takes that worries me

I don't think this will be a problem. Roger hasn't been broken in 100+ consecutive service games. I don't see Simon being the guy who stops this streak, but I could be wrong. Mainly, he needs to finish this match as quickly as possible, to be ready for (most likely) Murray, then Djokovic. I voted Roger in 3.

Fed in 3 or 4. To be on the safe side, I voted for four.

But, Roger needs to stay focused throughout the match. This guy is tricky.

Gilles is playing well and I think he gets a set off Roger. But Roger knows this is probably his last best chance at another Slam title, and will come out firing. Roger in four.

somewhat interesting - Gilles' wins against Fed actually have come on rather fast courts (Shanghai and Toronto). but neither is close to grass of course, and anyway, that was '08.

so yeah, i think Fed will take it. and once again: i actually don't worry about the level of energy he expends at all, so long as they finish the match today.

daddy Fed vs daddy Simon on grass !! What a nice match in perspective. I suppose daddy Fed "ll win in 4 but if Simon wins, I'll be more than happy

Roger is a serving machine these days Isabelle. I picked Simon to win a set too. If he won the match? I'd fall over.

Fed's fh seems a little sha(n)ky from what i've seen so far today (i only tuned in after the rain delay). but the serve should keep him going well.
