Azarenka didn't say anything bad about Serena though at RG. Her thoughts and anger were directed at Nouni the umpire as they should have been.
you didnt hear that she said Serena only focuses on her and pova for some reason and broke a chair because Serena beat her..:popcorn.Azarenka s real win against Serena was in Cincy..her 2009 win was because Serena had a thigh knee injury and in Doha Serena had a bad cold..
Zenka and Sascha were talking too much on twitter now they will be silent for a while...:popcorn..
its now clear that all the wins were due to Serena not Sascha...

I prefer the merciless Serena..I remember just before she played Kvitova she went on on and on talking about how nice Petra is and she lost to her.
the body language between Zenka and Serena has changed...the way they looked at each other during that exchange in the 3rd round clearly tells me they are no longer friends...plus the Sascha situation has divided them.Serena unfollowed them on twitter...thats enough message.
Azarenka has never been good at Wimbledon and if she meets Serena the outcome will be the same...

They are competitors. Nothing more. I think you're making too much of it

Azarenka is not good on grass and as of now will not beat Serena, she crossed the line into pova territory with her comments after her loss at RG.She can posture all she wants but Serena has put a mark on her...she is now the Dementieva of these times...

Azarenka has made the semifinals of Wimbledon twice, as well as the Olympics on grass, so, she not bad on grass at all.

Azarenka is always dangerous.

I agree. She makes a whole lot more nervous than Sharapova ever will. Serena at full strength will beat Sharapova 6-1, 6-2. Serena with the flu will beat Sharapova 6-4, 7-6. Serena unconscious will beat Sharapova 5-7, 6-4, 6-1. Azarenka is dangerous no matter which Serena you get.

There are lots of players that are dangerous and should they ever get their act together can prove downright nasty for Serena like Kvitova, Muguruza even Sloane if she ever puts together her game can give Serena fits.

She's no slouch on the grass, but I don't think they will move her seed up.

How is Halep, Kerber and Genie better grass court players than Vika? Because they won small grass court events that none of the top players participant in?

Again, Vika is no slouch on grass, and her prior Wimby and London 2012 results speak for themselves.

Disagree! Serena at her best (London 2012) rolls over Vika.

Fact is, if you get a Serena on all cylinders from beginning to end of match, no contest.

Can't argue with that!

Don't take Tossip seriously when it comes to Vika. They have a vendetta against her because she hired Sacha. Seriously look at how many times they mention Vika. They also say she's fat, that she stole Sacha, that she's disrespectful to Serena and they blow every little thing out of proportion. I mean just look at their statement... RISKE is better than Vika on grass. ALISON Riske who has never made it past the third round of Wimbledon is better than Vika, two time grand slam winner, former number 1, former Wimbledon SFist.

When you throw names like Halep, Kerber, and Riske in a conversation about grass, well...the dangerous people are Venus, Lisicki, Azarenka, Aga even when she is on. They can take out any of the top seeds early. I am interested to see if Aga can regroup here and at least make the quarters here.

Genie was a finalist ONE TIME and then lost her first and only grass match of 2015. Riske has only made the third round. Azarenka has made the SFs twice at Wimbledon and the QFs once.

I don't take a word you say about Azarenka seriously. You think she's an evil demon sent to bring down angel Serena.

:laydownlaughing

All funny business aside, prime Azarenka is dangerous on any surface. While she isn't quite back to usual prowess, she's not that far away. So Serena and everyone else in the draw will be taking her seriously this year.

Well, I hope Azarenka finds herself a decent draw, so she can at least make a QF appearance at Wimbledon and get her ranking up before the U.S. Open. I don't think Azarenka is quite ready to make a slam title run yet as she has to make it past some mental hurdles obviously, but she should be ready or as close to peak by the time the U.S. Open starts.

Azarenka peaked 2012 2013...it will be an uphill road because she is struggling with other players not just Serena.
she will be playing in Birmingham so that will be a good barometer...lets see if she will beat the likes of Halep ...a good player with foot speed, good serve and consistency..

Sometimes I wonder if you believe that if you repeat a half truth enough times it becomes wholly true. Vika has lost 3 times this year to players ranked outside the top 10. One of those players, Safarova, is now ranked 7.

You say these roundabout things about her that frame things in a way that makes her this evil person like...she stole Serena's hitting partner and rubbed it in her face or that she's gotten fat. Now you claim she peaked in 2013 despite the fact that she was injured for an entire year. Would you have accepted it if someone said Serena peaked in 2010? She was hurt all of 2011... Someone could've easily said in the beginning of 2012 what you're saying now about Vika. No I don't think you would have accepted that if someone said it about Serena then because it would not have been true just like its NOT true that Vika "peaked" in 2013 despite the fact that she was injured for the last year.
