Only Wimbledon has this crazy scheme of holding a couple of matches in the TBA bucket. These are typically matches that they would put on show courts if time permits. Actually, a nice scheme for the fans and for the organizers I think.

But, I can imagine players going crazy with uncertainty though.

It says not before 5pm so at least the players can plan the day a little . But I don't like the TBA , I would prefer 4 matches on CC and C1 and start play same time as outside courts .

Man Wimbledon really has absolutely no qualms about their sexist scheduling. 4 out of 6 matches on the two main courts are men. They don't give a F

Again, I see they have Serena playing in the hottest part of the day and Maria is playing in the morning. Unbelievable.

Serena and Venus have endured a lot and after all their achievements at Wimbledon there is resentment not just from the organizers but from the fans too.I noticed during Venus match they were not applauding for her and the media said its because the other girl is an underdog.I noticed that since Keys said she is not black she is getting favorable media coverage....Sloane thinks she is fine wait when she starts beating the likes of Coco Robson and Genie regularly she will be put in the sisters box...
I am still waiting to see a young player of color who is unapologetic like the sisters.Someone who has confidence and doesnt conform.

Geez, if you're going to complain at least get your facts right. Maria is not playing in the morning. She started around 2pm which is the hottest part of the day. It actually will help Serena to play the last match on as the sun will be going down and will make it cooler.

I saw where it says Maria was playing at 11:30. I guess it was 11:30 our time. I fogot they are 5 or 6hrs ahead of us.

All listed times are local. Play on No. 2 court began at 11:30 AM in London. Since the UK is five hours ahead of the east coast US, it was 6:30 AM here. Maria's was the second match, so she didn't begin until around 2 PM local time, as kskate2 mentioned.

Thanks for the clarification. But she's still treated better than Serena.

I wish Serena would hit to the open court when she comes to net. I have noticed a stupid habit of hers where she hits it back to the opponent. Stop!

Federer does that a lot too. Infuriating alright. Btw to those discussing the time of Sharapova's match versus Serena's, it's still 31C in London now and 34C at the time Serena played so it wasn't any cooler at all than morning/afternoon.
