There's going to be a lot of spotlight in Murray when he returns to the grass. I'm wondering why so many people have him down to collect Queens. Anybody out there can help me?

:nono :nono Been shaking my head for quite a while with so much "love" going Murray's way when he's still playing the same stupid, defensive game! That's why he was upset last week in IW! I understand the way he plays; get a lot of satisfaction counter-punching like that, but it's not going to work all the time! You have to attack and take it to the other top players like Dolp, Dimitrov, and Gulbis! :clap

He's a good grass court player + Federer & Nadal won't be there.

The biggest threat to him there will likely be Tsonga. And due to the taxes it seems more and more players are going to Halle. Queens definitely isn't as strong as it was 5 years ago.

If Cilic keeps his form and he enters the event again, he could be the biggest threat to Andy and not Jo.
Plus Marin already won it. There is still a lot of tennis until then, so let's not get ahead od ourselves.

I guess I need to look up the record! I hope you're counting more than that "default" job a few years ago getting past Nalbandian! He was down a set and not really in it at all if not for David's temper tantrum! To this day I'm still wondering why? You had it with McEnroe who strived for perfection, but I still SMH over that final due to an assault of a linesman! :nono :puzzled

No one brought that up. Cilic is a good argument as threat.

Best grass court player participating in the tournament + a few more months to recapture form.By default, that makes him the favorite.

Miami. If not then, maybe North American Hard-Court Swing sometime.
