I am not sure that is the case. The announcement "day session is deemd to be over" just means
(I think) if you are a day session ticket holder, you will not be admitted back into the
Ashe after the rain interruption.

If they decided to abandon a match for today, you will see the words "cancelled" or
"postponed" on the schedule of today. I don't see either one for Fed's match.
