You are right, I totally agree with his decision. I am just concerned not to have another period like he had on 2016-17.I understand,still I think Novak did the right thing and retire,he could have made the injury worse by playing on.Novak has won 2 of the 4 GS this year,all in all a good year for him so far

Which means that his "injury" is not too serious......I'm glad to see how well Stan is playing, hope to see him in the final B-)Novak said in the presser that he plans to play in Tokyo. It means that even though he is forced to withdraw from this tourney, he will not be skipping any other tourneys that he is scheduled to play this year.
