He gets Andujar in the next round, so a very good chance for him to advance. As I mentioned, this quarter cleared out in a big way, and it's Gael's to take, imo, and he's got a solid chance at the SF.Haven't seen Gael this pumped up since...well, ever. Good for him. Hopefully he can keep it up and his body handles this well.

I added to my post above, but I think he has a great chance to be in the SF again. And he was in the SF here before
My secret favorite, BerrettiniWho does Rublov play next?
My secret favorite, Berrettini
He gets @kskate2's boyfriend, the lovely Matteo Berrettini.
I can see this is going to shape up to be a local grudge match on Tennis Frontier. The rest of the world may not know, but we'll be lining up on both sides for this one.Hmm wait till I see Ksakte next,he did beat my young Aussie Alex.....
Aside from some grumbling about not being able to see, which no one understood, and so some random chuntering, he was very well behaved. He played some lackadaisical tennis, but that's usual. All in all, a serious showing. You can see by the scorelines it was close. He really should have won the 2nd set TB. Lost heart a bit in the 3rd, maybe. But Rublev was more solid and better.Seriously did Nick behave him self and how did he play

Oh, right...I forgot about that bit.I watched the first two sets, he was on good behavior imo for his standards
he called one of the ball kids a whistleblower I think for telling the umpire something he said, 1st set
no warnings or anything the first two sets that I saw
If they're going to be boring, they should be quick about it, I agree with that. But if they're going to be thrilling, I'll accommodate if it takes a longer. I'd actually prefer thrilling. You have to admit that it was only their longer points that were even fun.In that match, I like that they both didn’t take up the full 25 seconds and served quickly after points, no messing around
Regardless if the play was dull or not, if Kyrgios is going to servebot or whatever and make it look effortless, props for doing it as fast as possible. Same with Rublev being swift
