Now you've flipped out! Stan's had a few wins, but for the most part Nole's owned him! One player has 3 majors and has struggled to win even a handful of matches from Fedalovic while another has 13 majors with a few of them going thru Stan! :yesyes: :p

Stan plays Novak tough - there is no question about it. Not much point adding Federer and Nadal into the equation - his record against them is irrelevant when he's playing Novak.

When he never, ever got tired for years it was all heart I guess. By that logic all non fatiguing dopers have massive hearts OR it could simply be the dirty bastards never get tired, which the Nadal camp seem to love and see it as nothing out of the ordinary. It's like a non stop game of Pong between Lance Armstrong bots. Thing is, this is tennis and not track and field. Some of us prefer watching shot making than endless retrieving like a dog playing fetch.
It was well documented that long distance running was part of his physical preparation, thus he had an exceptional endurance. In recent years however he had injuries which prevented him to keep up with them. Add to that the aging and that resulted in the deterioration of his game. This is not rocket science.
And stop inventing stuff where is no substance to it.

Pretty sure Lance Armstrong did shitloads of cardio too and Ferret was linked to his doctor. Indeed, it's not rocket science...

Maybe you've blocked it out of your memory that Stan has won the last 3 meetings at majors including 2 finals. That's why I get a good kick out of Nole fans talking difference in competition. Their guy has lost two finals to Stan and two to Murray...pathetic!

I'd say Djokovic got a bad slot, middle of the afternoon in Ashe. That place is really hot since they built the roof, imo.

They always has to do "some effort" but clearly he knew that Ferru couldn't do too much
he gave El Espanol an interview, he said USO was his last GS and he'ld call a career in 2019, he's 36 and deserve to have a happy life with Marta and baby Leon

Anybody working with these doctors causes an immediate black flag of suspicion. They don't work with them for long distance running schedules. Healthy scepticism is good where these docs are concerned. Front called Errani out about 7 years ago for working with this guy. The same Errani who was recently busted for drugs.

It's not even the heat. With the high humidity, it is absolutely an inferno.

The thing that did improve, for the fans, is that overhang of the roof does give shade. That place used to be a frying pan.

Not even close. These are just facts my friend. Do not forget RG 2015 as well, when Stanimal took Djokovic to the cleaners. And I think he took him out at the Australian Open in 2014. Hardly a few wins!!

Murray's right there with his 3 major wins going through Nole as well; does that elevate him as well to GOAT status? The reason I give Djokovic a break is due to his near perfect record for some years and the competition of Fedal looming from the beginning of his career! So what, Nole snapped and allowed 6 majors to slip thru his fingers with Andy & Stan, but I also take in consideration as 3rd banana to Fedal, he's had a lot to deal with and still took over their rivalries! He's had other so called rivalries where he has significant ownership over Cilic, Berdych, and Del PO, but he's had some heart-wrenching losses to each; it happens! I'll take his record over Stan who's a handful no doubt about it, but Nole doesn't become a Jekyll/Hyde character where he'll win a major, then go to a 250 or 500 tournament and lose to a qualifier in the 1st round! Nole's now acquired 13 majors, has set records NONE of these clowns will ever achieve, so I'll concentrate on the positives for the time being! Taking another major at Wimbledon and completing his Golden Masters at Cincy this season was totally unexpected and you can't drag me down! I'm hopeful about his future success and keeping up with Fedal! :p

I’ll never understand the convoluted reasonings to downgrade and minimize Novak’s accomplishments. It’s just BS to say Fedal managed to be weak when he beat them consistently, to win 13 majors in this era speaks for itself

Djoker dropped a set to "no one gives a fucs". I wonder if he is wilting in the heat.

I can't root against Djoker unless Roger shows up in strong form. Novak may be needed to rid NYC of a disgusting plague.
