The Tennis Channel switched to Eastbourne as soon as that match began, but I see Sonego beat Kecmanovic (and notice I’m not too lazy to type his full name).

Just turned it on, to find Kecmanovic up 7-6, 2-2.

I observed that, good on you. I personally prefer to call the players by given name, when they are unique. For example, for Tipsarevic I used Janko in the past, when he was at the peak of his career and more in the conversation.

Nice win for the Italian. Something good is brewing in Italy, one by one they are coming up out of nowhere and make headlines.
Last year Cecchinato, then Berrettini, now Sonego. Solid back ups for Seppi and Fognini.

These 2 guys must be drained after playing a whole week on 35 degC, there is I think 3 hour time zone difference too. Hope for them that they are scheduled to play on tuesday in London.
