^ It's one thing to come out and struggle a bit while the big underdog plays well but this is one where Murray seemed to be in complete control vs. a nobody and now is in deep trouble. That's more alarming.

He can make it to the final without playing either Djokovic or Nadal, and he's going to let this WC take him to 5?

This wildcard is playing pretty well though from the small portion of the match I've seen. Nice point construction and that lob was exquisite.

Well, he let a 37 year old take the first 2 sets from him a couple days ago. Maybe he peaked too early? Also, the fact he played 1.5 sets yesterday doesn't help. If he survives this he gets Karlovic coming off of a 5 set win, that's just what the doctor ordered because it won't test his legs as much.

Gasquet-Kyrgios next round could be a good one. Kind of a nice test to see where Nick is at and if he wins that he gets Kinky Kei after.

Murray seems to have this one under control. It's good for him that he is playing one of the trees next round and possibly the other tree in the 4th round because his legs will need a break. If he can get through the next couple rounds without much trouble these 5 setters probably won't be an issue by the QF's next week.

I really thought he stood a good chance to compete in this slam, but looking at him now, he'll be a physical and emotional wreck if he's even able to get to the final. The likes of Nishikori and Wawrinka on his side look to be better prospects in my view. Possibly even Kyrgios for goodness sakes

He's even making the ending a bit difficult. From 5-1 up he is now serving at 5-3 and 30-30

Predicted kei to take him out in the quarters. Here's to some more court time with dr Ivo, even if it won't involve much rallying.

^ That should be a heck of a match. I'd give the edge to Nishi too if Murray doesn't make short work of the next 2 matches. And if Stan gets hot he has a legit chance to make the finals again.
