Monfils-Gulbis will be fun to watch. Big hitting by both.

Agree on that one. There are a few others with potential:

- Raonic/Llodra: wildly different games, and Llodra will be extra motivated in front of a French crowd.

- Montanes/Ferrer: two bullish Spaniards on clay.

I'm not familiar with Federer's opponent. Anyone know him, and what to expect? I suspect a routine win for Roger, right?

I will be watching this one. Two "interesting" individuals...this one might end in jail.

:laydownlaughing Good one. At the very least, Gael might get arrested by the fashion police. I swear, you have to be not only French, but Monfils to pull off that outfit he wore yesterday...and I'm still not quite sure he did.

Really looking forward to this. My figurative money is on Gulbis.

Monfils should come through, I think . The outcome is unpredictable.

Really looking forward to Monfils v Gulbis. I'm hoping Monfils isn't too tired.

"Roger, Rafa, Novak & Murray are boring as players"
Ernests Gulbis tells L'Equipe in interview to come tomorrow.

Hmm that interview should be interesting.

I guess those constant losses are dulling him, eh? :snigger

Monfils will be more tired than Gulbis no doubt. He has played for 3 straight weeks: Bordeaux where he won, Nice and here he already had that marathon match. My bet is on Gulbis, as I mentioned already.
I am expecting also to see if Milos continues to play well, against Llodra.

Monfils actually played a doubs match w/ Quanna today. He will definitely be tired.

Monfils v Gilbus is the match of the day for me
I am going for Monfils in 5 crazy sets of tennis:)

Even though I dont think my young Aussie player Nick Kyrgios can defeat Marin Cilic
I will give him a Oi,Oi,Oi, for good luck:)

exactly they ought to lose more :D

probably too predictable for many fans who expect to see the same four guys in semis again and again.

I have Gulbis reaching the QF and enjoy his crazy high risk tennis more than Monfils, but I will be happy for Monfils too if he wins. This will be tight, but the winner will have a good chance reaching the QF for sure. Good luck to both of them.

Donskoy and Anderson are playing now, with Donskoy winning the first set in a breaker. He has been struggling this spring, but the slams seem to bring out the best in him. I like Anderson too, but hope Donskoy can keep up the fight and keep out the crumble.

Paire is getting better. His forehand is getting better, which makes him a really dangerous player. I like him.

Milos with an early break against Llodra...with Lube in his corner. I hope that pairing will work out for him. Lube was one of the nicer guys in the tour.
