I hope she will calm down now that she took the second set. I hope she will calm down period if she makes it past the second round doing better than last year. Wow this match and her first round are like night and day Serena.

Well it will be interesting to see what happens with Serena and Azarenka. Hopefully, this was the match Serena needed to light a fire and kick things up a tad more.

I cannot see the match, only the score line. Does it look like her tennis elbow is acting up again? I see that she had 9 aces but 8 DFs, was Serena that bad with her 52 uFs or was the young lady she played playing really well?

I was really expecting more from Pliskova the Greater this event. Very disappointed to see her go out in R2.

I think that Pliskova is playing way too much tennis. She needs to manage her schedule, especially leading up to the slam events. She also plays a lot of 3 set matches.

And so ends Belinda Bencic's terrble, horrible 2015 clay season. Huge disappointment for someone who showed so much promise in 2014.

Franny could make the QF. W/ Pliskova out, she could take any of the remaining people in her way.
