Despite their recent slump I still think Man City will end up winning it all. They are the deepest and most talented side, and while I do think Pep is somewhat overrated, there can be no denying he's one of the world's best managers. One thing about him that bodes well for City, is that his style does lend itself to consistency and minimizes the risk of dropping points to mid table teams (which I really think is where leagues are won and lost) as few teams can handle the possession + attacking game that Guardiola teams play.
That said, City are no Bayern Munich, and they're certainly no Barcelona, so despite having some exceptional players at their disposal, they're not quite as suited to implement Pep's ideas as those two teams were. One clear problem they're facing is their inability to build-up play from the back, as Pep loves to do. In fact, he brought in Bravo and got rid of Joe Hart because of the former's ability to play with his feet and contribute to the build-up process. This has already led to way to many mistakes by both the goalkeeper and the defenders, and they have been proving costly. Pep may have to adjust a bit because this is proving to be quite risky.
