I don't know if irritated is the word. I liked him. It always seemed more like fencing with him.

That's a great way of putting it. I guess he irritated me in the same way as Moxie and Jelenafan do sometimes. And by sometimes I mean always.

Billie and Nehmeth drop by again now. Nehmeth had a hand in getting this going originally and Billie put in plenty of shifts when the board split up before it came full circle and back together.

I just saw CD got banned again from MTF (menstennisforums). He's bagging me on Nekro's new tennis board for some reason. Like I have anything to do with MTF..... The only thing MTF has got going for it is numbers. I never liked that board, VBulletin and the billion pop-ups and ads. Basically, as the numbers decrease, which is inevitable with social media for all forums, they keep chucking more and more ads on to try and keep the revenue going. It's like trying to Find Wally to find the window to make a post.

Anyways, regardless of his rantings, I'll always have a soft spot for CD. He used to be a stayer. He used to get killed on the old tennis.com boards years ago by Crack, Roger, NC and the boys... really shredded and he still kept coming back for more. Well, he was a stayer until Moxie pulled him to pieces on this board in the early days just through simple debating about his failed predictions... (he used to continually bump up posts where he got a prediction correct and let the bad news sink) - He had a hissy fit and did a bunk with his tail between his legs.

By that time he'd lost his sense of humour and become some sort of caricature he'd evolved on MTF and had his small tag team of disciples. Moxie always had a much bigger pair of cajones than CD. She'd stand her ground, debate on logic rather than wild self-promotion and he couldn't hack it.

People around at the time might remember that amid lots of noise, that the conditions of his return were to make him a moderator and put his name in lights at the top of the board... Amongst raucous laughter, It was a unanimous "Bye CD". Kind of a good decision considering when he was a moderator at tennis4you he had a hissy fit and deleted 30,000 posts after somebody called him a few names.

Will MTF be better off without him? Based on the demographic of that board, probably not. It's probably their loss, but in the great scheme of things, it's still a big board and it's just a drop in the ocean.

He's probably a good fit for Nekro's board though... came along at the right time. Nekro's actually done a half decent job with is new venture, so although we don't gel and we kicked him out of here, I kind of like people having a go... especially with forums, as it's a tough ask these days.

I don't believe that Clay joined Nekro's forum after all the back-stabbing Nekro did & people actually saw it. If you know someone's been back-stabbing you & calling you nasty names you don't just stand for it, give them another chance & let them say what they want about you not if you've got an ounce of self-respect anyway & I know that sounds a bit rich coming from me.

Actually mate - Kieran was the only guy who could really pull my chain properly on any forum ever... and I've been on a few, but I liked him. I speak with him on Facebook now and again, not usually about tennis. But yeah, I think the reverse was true with FBerg who could really pull Kieran's chain. Swings and roundabouts!

Momo did drop in once but was tied up with tennis coaching last time I checked in with him. Yeah, where is @brokenshoelace - haven't seen him for a while. Probably my favourite poster when it comes to tennis analysis. Momo was good with that too. @BackhandDTL

2) Goes to a new forum, bags the shit out of MTF. Hapless, toothless, worthless cowards... blah blah blah. Never go back... I've got 20 million Twitter followers... bought 10,000 posters to your board etc... Drags 5 or 6 MTF posters across with him (his current bunch of disciples at the time). It's a cut and paste script. It's a rinse and repeat job that happens every 18 months to 2 years. The script was written a decade ago.

3) Proclaims himself as the Messiah on the new forum. After a few months, claims they owe everything to him. Sets up his own thread, usually called a castle. This is instead of just engaging in normal threads like most people do. Calls everyone General and Lady (used to be Professor on tennis.com). Engages in wild false flattery... If somebody posted a picture of a pile of horse shit, he'd be telling them they were the next Da Vinci. Bumps up his own posts relentlessly without engaging in anybody elses.

4) Starts bagging the normal posters on the board to join his thread... If they don't then they're labelled a hapless coward. Forum owners called out for "not supporting" his thread. Regular forum posters bagged out for "not supporting" his thread.

5) Posts 10,000 pictures of castles and seagulls on a pier to boost his post count. Posts pictures of cake and coffee and tags people saying it's for them... like he's really buying them breakfast.

6) In the background, begs to return to MTF via people still on there.

7) MTF agree to let him back. Forms some reason to leave current host... like they didn't worship him enough or pin his posts quickly enough.

8) Returns to MTF. Bags the people who gave him a previous place... Hapless, toothless, worthless cowards... blah blah blah.

Rinse and Repeat... This has been happening for years. It's probably about the 5th or 6th time it's happened. Nothing new here.

Now, Nekro, as much as people dislike him on this board, isn't actually stupid. He knows all this... but right now it's a marriage of convenience. CD has nowhere to go... and Nekro needs a few new posters. They will call each other generals for a few weeks... and all is good. Nekro has actually put together a nice functional board... but nice technical boards are useless without posters.

It's kind of kids stuff really, but that's how it all works. These guys don't drop by forums for a chinwag in their downtime... Forums are a huge part of their life and they take them very seriously... their characters on these boards mean something to them, and they actually start believing them. But let me put it this way, If CD spoke to people in real life as he does on forums... he'd be getting knocked out on a daily basis.

But you need to step back and put it into perspective. CD is no warrior or general, he's an old man posting on tennis forums. That Nekro guy bagged me for months on his forum and I was literally nearly falling off the chair laughing when I read his thread, particularly when I thought how many hours of his life he was spending doing it. I even showed my missus... and she was like "Who the fuck are these people?" she thought they must be kids... and why are you posting on these boards? She vaguely knew I was involved in some tennis forum but that's about the extent of it.

I generally laugh at the whole thing. Think of it as entertainment... you can' take this shit seriously.

I still kinda like him in a way... and take him as you find him... which I'm guessing in your experience is a positive one.

Thank you very much for the information. I think their attitude is crazy. I liked my castle idea as I could write stories, poems & songs on a whim that was until he created the creative writing threads which I wrote in until he put me in the erotic writing section then I only posted in my poetry section & castle until they asked why I didn't use my creative writing thread & I told them so they moved me to poetry. I know Nekro isn't stupid though some of the things he says are mad, contradictory & scary as well as hateful & racist & he seems to have psychopathic tendencies & I've dealt with a few. Clay said a lot of good things about my poetry so I felt grateful & I liked him sharing horse pictures with me but I also know that as more people like my poetry than dislike it what he said is true. I used his forum mainly as a platform for my writing & to read other people's poetry as well as read other information but I only believe what I know to be true & what doesn't contradict what I know. I used to write poetry, stories or songs & get bothered with chat that much I just stopped writing so I take everything as it comes & I'm very spontaneous so I say what I think people expect me to say though I'm not smarmy & I do say what I really think. I don't really know who Clay is in the same way as no one really knows who anyone else is only who they make themselves out to be but it's the same in real life so I don't judge.

Thank you very much. I like him. I'm not. I noticed his spamming with pictures phase. I show him gratitude for his nice comments about my writing & his good treatment of me as well as him giving me a platform for sharing my works. Mind you, I've also been offered other platforms for sharing my works including a blog. I thought about setting up my own forum once & looked into it, a writing one for either creative or factual writer's on all different topics but realised how much it cost & wasn't willing to pay the price. The other information was what I found most disturbing about him, the 1 about him joining Nekro's forum as I know Nekro backstabs & calls names but that might actually be a good thing because if Nekro says something about me it might get back to me or maybe not. Your information though has told me I'll have to be alert. Thank you very much for the warning. I'm not going to allow it to make me paranoid.

O.K. Britbox. I know. I've noticed. We're all different. No one knows who the other person really is only who they make themselves out to be (like in the real world). Where is his forum? Does he have the posts about you and others out in the open there? It'd be funny to read. I only got into it with him a few times, I just found him a funny racist clown more than anything.

He made the threads private after he started getting a couple of normal people onto his board... previously he did have threads with stuff like Sloane Stephens next to a chimp, but now that a few normal people are floating over to his site he's hidden all the shit he was posting previously.

From memory, I think he tagged you, me, Federberg as Jews in one of his posts... I also had a fake degree apparently Murat was a shit drummer, Kieran was trying to blackmail him, nehmeth was twat, Chris was a power-crazed Jew, Mastoor was a fake Serb, he was implying he was going to go after Hoergren on Twitter, Ann was a retard, tossip was Ghetto sizsta... he was slagging off pretty much everybody, that was just a few of the posts.... Jews ran the forum and we had "brown cages" for ghetto sisters... the list is endless.

I must admit I wear long trousers and laughed through most of it. Pretty loud. He reserved most of the vitriol for me and Moxie... there were dozens of posts.... He was even posting pictures from my personal social media accounts into a "private gallery"... Problem is he mistook me for somebody who gives a fuck...

Oh, and he was pretty unreserved about his new mate CD who he called a pure and utter scumbag throughout his incessant ramblings. Apart from that, he's a nice guy running a civilized forum...
