At first, I looked at the date to see if it was an April fools joke. Then I looked to see if there was a more reliable source of information. I'm very sorry but I don't really believe what I hear on tiktok or read on facebook & twitter unless there are lots more sources of information agreeing with what they're saying which are much more reliable. It's always best to cross-reference. (Well, when you have time, of course. I mean, we have busy lives off our computers or doing more important stuff on them too.) It just came through as a joke to me.
It is tiresome to check the sources of everything. It is way easier to simply believe all that you read. And much, much more fun!
I know checking is time-consuming. Our heads are precious though so we should watch what we put in them & I'd rather put interesting, useful & helpful stuff in mine that's true than a pile of junk. I'm often busy with work, courses for work & my writing as well as caring for Mother now. I don't just believe everything I read though. Believing all you read can be fun but sometimes it can be really scary.
