I remember when Soderling beat Rafa in RG and later Rafa wasn't able to play and defens his title in Wimbledon because his knee which made him to be 3 months out of the court but some people didn't want to believe it and the only think they said was that Soderling played so well and beat him fairly.....

They've all lost many times when healthy but seeing as you've singled out Federer there he did indeed have some of his worst results in early-mid 2008 due to mono as this is not an excuse, it's a fact. He also had bad results in 2013 and this year due to his back. The only time I can recall Federer giving a lousy excuse with his back was the 2010 Wimbledon loss to Berdych where he looked to be moving just fine and just being beaten but the better guy on the day. If you seriously think Federer's movement didn't look poor in much of 2013 or this year I've no comment.

Yeah......Roger probably is the first athlete of the history that has played with mono without taking any rest like EVERYBODY does to avoid that sickness can get worse and worse and very bad consequences.....come on!

That doesn't make any sense. We've all gone to work when not feeling great although there are lots of wimps everywhere who call in sick with just a runny nose. If you're able to play, you play. Clearly Ancic and Soderling had much worse cases of mono than Federer because not everyone has the same immune system.
