Federer still lost in straight sets old mate but your worried about games lol, that happened then nadal played tsitsipas beast mode tennis he won being only 70 percent of his best. nadal has a far better record against next gen players than Federer tsitsipas zverev not next gen but thiem as well anyway deep down you know nadal would have easily beat Federer in straight sets.

Not wasting my time discussing dumb shit with you anymore but all you need to know is Nadal has beaten Federer indoors just once when Federer was injured in 2013 and it was still a tough match for Nadal to win 7-5 6-3. Going by that, no, deep down I don't think for one second Nadal would've beaten Federer here.

I'm not replying to save my supposed hero. He deserved to lose today as he played crap. The point to note though is that Tsitsipas relies on Federer playing badly to win and he won't always squander all those break points. He has yet to beat Federer when Federer played well and the times he's won it's been close even with Roger playing like dog shit.

I do agree Federer played trash today but AO19? that's highly debatable anyway how do you rate tsitsipas in terms of the other next gen players.

Oh well, so that's that. At least it will be a youngish player.

Tons of players. Do you really think he played well today? And yet it was a mere one break of serve and he had TONS of squandered break points.

I'll answer that for all of the Big Three:

Roger: Rafa and Novak. That's pretty much it, except for the stray match, here or there.

Rafa: Roger and Novak. That's pretty much it, except for the stray match, here or there.

Novak: Rafa and Roger. That's pretty much it, except for the stray match, here or there.

Funny how that works.

Time to face up to it, diehard fanboys and fangirls. These are the greatest players of all time. You can squabble all you want to see who is the best of the best, but the question at this point is debatable - and will remain debatable, pretty much no matter what happens from here on out. Fedal has their yin-yang dynamic of complementary greatness that can never truly be matched up, no matter how many Grand Slams, weeks at #1, titles, or the match-up. Even if Novak retires tomorrow, his play from 2011-19 has earned him a place with Fedal.

/Discussion.

Can we talk about something else, now? What happened to this mythical truce I heard about? What, did it last all of 12 minutes?

You didn't miss much. It was a bucket of shit. Any match where one player misses 11 break points is a guaranteed error filled puss fest.

What I hated was the fucking crowd, one thing is to root for your favorite another is to show such disrespect during a match, applause on double faults, disturbances before serving etc..

I agree. I would never interfere like that, no matter how much I disliked or liked the player(s).

But that’s often a problem. His career BP conversion rate is only 41% — a terrible number for someone of his stature.

Yup. Can only imagine the number of matches he could've completely changed if not for those awful stats.

He's good but inconsistent. I think he's a bit overrated compared to Medvedev before he got burnt out in the latter stages of this year. If Medvedev gets his act together again I expect him to have a much better year than Tsitsipas.
