With his r/u at Masters 1000 tournament Berrettini will move up to 9th ranking passing Diego
Zverev stays at No 6 ranking, bit is closer to Tsitsipas by adding 820 points.

Just a final word regarding spelling mistakes

I find it disrespectful and rude quite frankly that anyone would point out spelling mistakes in anyone's posts.
English is not my first language and coming to Australia from Italy I found it hard to learn the language.
We have or used to have many posters here that are not from English speaking countries,so respecting each other is the most important thing and also their views on tennis and the players they follow and dislike.

I think this forum has always been very easy-going and open to people who come here where English is not their first language and about not making an issue out of that. Napo pointed out that you misspelled Thiem's name, and you dislike him. I suspected the jab was to ask if it was about not liking him. (It was a minor point, and I can't speak for napo why s/he thought it was worth pointing out.) But that is not about misspelling English, only his name, and I'll give you it's easy to switch the vowels.

There are plenty of native English speakers here who make spelling and grammar errors all the time. (I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that the difference between "lose" and "loose" on a sports board is rather significant. I'm looking at AP here as a top offender.) You write in completely fluent English. We all type fast and don't always check ourselves. I think the general position is to just give the benefit of the doubt, where comprehensible. I will admit to tweaking Fiero on pair vs. pear, as a pile-on, earlier, but he is a native speaker, and he did bother to put "pair" in quotation marks, so either it was a joke I didn't get, or I just needed to poke at him because it is one of my favorite sports.

I don't think the spelling and grammar police have just descended on TF.

I welcomed him/her to TF by the way,he/she picked me up twice on spelling okay I will accept it once not twice,it was not about me not liking the Austrian at all.It was a spelling mistake okay.we cannot all like the same players for goodness sake.
Also today he/she attacked me over that fact I did not congratulate Sasha on his win and told me I needed to get over it?
I was bitter and disappointed? if that Poster Read my previous posts on the German I said he was the player to beat?
I do not like Sasha for his tennis and his behavior you said the same in your post though he/she did not attack your post???
I will not accept that okay.As far as I am concerned I hope he/she does not respond to my future posts or I will block that poster.Enough is Enough. You would think as a new poster you do not berate posters for starters.,or try to pick an argument.
That is exactly what this poster is doing trying to needle me.I am over it okay.

Jesus is this really such a problem for you? Wow.
First post was a question about the way you write Dominics name, the second one was a clear joke, which i thought you have understood, but now its clear you havent because you cannot get over it.
It has nothing to do with English language, in both posts i was just mentioning last names. They are written the same in every language.
Btw English is also not my first language, nor my second or third.

I am sorry in case i offended you, which wasnt my intention. Now I hope you find your peace with it.

I answered her already, and your interpretation of my first post about Dominic is absolutely correct.
Thought it is obvious, and i wonder how an adult person can freak out about something like that.
I came here to share opinions about tennis, not to fight. Espacially not about childish little things.

Funny, I'm starting to like him less. Some bad behavior, and a lot of not living up to expectations, which gets tiring. He played a very good tournament here, though, so congratulations to him

YES.. Moxie..it's all due to my so called "Smart phone".. wherein lies my misspelled words..I think you caught my "heir apparent" last week..
Cali and others had tried in vain to use it against me but in the end he was exposed as the idiot he was which he thought he could keep hidden. Isn't funny how he looks now after all his so called tennis and politics were as flawed as his favorite politician and ex ATP player were also.

I do hope that spelling puns are still acceptable. That was a good one. After promising I'd never pick Paire again in my draw challenge again, I DID pick him to get out of the first round in Rome. AND HE DIDN'T!! If he quit tennis tomorrow, I doubt anyone would care.

AP, I love you like a brother, but you can't blame it all on the Smartphone. The spelling error I pointed out, which at least 50% of people who are native speakers of English make, is "lose" vs. "loose." A loose point could lose you the point. See the difference? The one you want, 90% of the time on these forums has only one "O". Lose. You lose a game, set or match. You are losing. Not "loosing." That extra O is on you. Perhaps you could sell it on here to those who are too cheap to buy the extra R for Roland GarRos. Sorry to be a pill, but I thought perhaps if we just clarified things everyone could be happier. Or at least I would. :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Yeah, exact same thing with Chardy. Must be a French thing! A better's nightmare Chardy! When you expect him to lose he wins and vice versa. Best to steer clear of both in draw challenges and betting.

My dear but it's true.. whenever I type something like heir apparent sometimes other words come to the forefront..I know I'm not crazy. I don't take the time to proof read my posts henceforth comes the spelling errors or the type Ohs (Os)

Paire has ATP talent but a Challenger's level head..I Always felt that the French dudes were more interested in partying rather than winning. I think JoWillieTs truly was the exception but he couldn't get out of his own way on the tennis courts.

So true! He always messes up my draw challenge. But that's not attitude, it's just his on/off tennis.

Warning: (Humor tinged post with sarcasm , smiley face and bold faced lettering.)

It's not the wording or spelling that's the problem around here, it's more that some posters are humor-challenged. Can't take a joke if you spot them the J-O-K-E and you put a smiley face to boot and you spell out " This is a humorous post". Perhaps loosening some orifices would help. ; )

Then we have tight arses like me who've dealt with a select few detracters who think they're funny, but are cringeworthy AF! Just a hateful few ignorables! :face-with-hand-over-mouth:

Monfils fiancee' should put him on the couch tonight. That guy had cramps and Gael played about as a passive as a nursemaid in a senior citizen nursing home.
