speaking of LeBron, i used to find him quite irritating. and then i stopped watching him.

that put an end to the bloody irritation. i did not care for his pregame dance routines. i thought it was mickey mouse stuff and annoying.

I used to find Jordan irritating, and I could not stand how often he hogged the ball. There was a time it seemed he took twenty five to forty shots a game for years. I know I will get flack for it, but that was how I felt back then. Merely shooting 40% from the field would get him more than 24 points every night. He evolved over time, though, into a truly great player--one of the very best at his position ever.

I see what you are saying. maybe we will change it to just the past pros who retired long ago.

I heard jeff terrango was quite irritating and annoying. is there any truth to that?

what exactly did he do to earn such a label?

Well, I think his wife is the most irritating the way the

big incident went down. She slapped the umpire I think

We are talking Michael Jordan here right? He took that many shots for a couple reasons; his teams in the mid 80's were beyond terrible and even shooting a ton he made a very high % his entire career aside from when he was 40 years old. In the 80's he had one full season where he shot under 50% and his career % is just under 50% which is incredible for a wing player.

I think he was always a great player, ability off the charts, but it did take him awhile to become the great winner/champion he turned into and trusting his teammates more was a big part of that. But it should be said that he started to trust his teammates more at the same time that better players were on his team (Pippen, Grant and a couple others from the 1st 3-peat). We saw it with Jordan and Lebron...no player can win it all by himself.
